Hello! I’m Ashly

My journey in health began 15 years ago when I decided to loose weight.  At the time there were not a lot of resources on the internet and joined Weight Watchers. Successfully, I lost 32 pounds and have been able to keep it off. I do not say this to brag. When you heal your body and start feeling well it can be inspiring.

As the years passed I became more interested in health and wellness. It was a personal passion. I learned so much about what we should be eating and taking care of our bodies. I had no idea where this journey would take me.

In 2020 I decided to take my knowledge to the next level. I received my training as a health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  This cutting edge program provided me the knowledge to go out into the world and help others become healthier. Today I focus on educating others on toxins. My mission is to help families improve their health by eliminating household and food related toxins.

I believe that each and every person is different. Not one approach, diet, or exercise plan will work exactly the same for each individual. With my unique background, I understand the roles of corporate America and how to coach career driven individuals reach their goals. Regardless, if you work with me one on one or in one of my coporate programs you will be getting a personalized experience.

A holistic health coach is a mentor, guide and wellness expert to help others feel there best. Health coaches address wellness from all angles of a person’s life that could impact their well-being.  It really is more than just what you eat!

When you work with a health coach you won’t receive custom diet plans or a dedicated workout routine. What you receive is so much more, a mentor who will help you integrate change in your life. Health coaching is for those who want to make a change in how they feel and their outlook on life.
