Detoxing does so much for our bodies. You can lose weight, sleep better, purify the blood, boost circulation and more. In this course we will dive deep into the toxins that are affecting your health. You will learn about toxins in the food supply and the products in your home that are potentially making you sick. By making small changes you will learn how to implement healthier choices for you and your family.
